L'Oreal True Match Foundation

If you have seen any of my latest beauty reviews, I have been focusing on foundations a lot recently. Its the most important aspect of make-up for many, but especially for me because I hate my blotchy skin.

I have been hounded with blemishes and uneven skin, so a good foundation to even my skin tone and cover my terrible scars and blemishes is a must for me.

In my recent review of L'Oreal's Infalliable matte foundation, I mentioned my recent go to foundations and both included Infalliable and True Match, which have both undergone updates and new packaging.

With that in mind, I thought I'd try the new True Match, and considering I loved the old formulae, I think I'd love the new one.

To be honest, I haven't noticed much difference between this and the previous one I had. I went for a slightly different shade this time around as I wanted it a little more warmer.
Again, its super easy to apply and you don't need much to get the bare look. Hides blemishes and redness well and works well with my combination skin. I rarely have to powder my nose and it lasts really well through the day.
If you are looking to wear through the day and night you will have to touch up, but not much. It seems to stay put, and despite having fairly oily skin, it didn't budge as much as I thought it would.

Overall, it still remains one of my favourite foundations to use day in day out. Like I said I haven't found much difference between the new and improved, however it still offers great coverage and the barely there look. Easily blendable with other foundations, I find myself using with my Este Lauder for a all day and night finish.
Its perfectly lightweight and leaves my skin flawless and far from cakey. Im so glad I re-bought and its still a staple in my foundation basket.

What do you think? Have you tried the new and improved True Match? Is there a foundation I need to try? Let me know and comment below.
